アメリカ南北戦争の時出征した兵士が故郷の恋人を思って歌った歌です。エルビス・プレスリーが「Love Me Tender」として発表し大ヒットしました。楽譜どおりに発声させたので低音ではありませんが、これはこれで魅力的ですのでこのまま載せました。
